can I really do it?
oh well,
so far eight maybe ten boxes
of books and cd's and dvd's shipped
out to friends
and people I'm going to stay with
and stuff giving away
to Vineyard Services Workers
and kids
and friends
and Bon Marche thrift store
and still:
more to pack
more to move here and there
and always
always
if i breathe
and come
back to the five lines:
two arms
two legs
one spine
I can be kind of happy
in the midst
of the story swirling in my
head
the
"I can't get it all done"
story
you know
that one
all
along this choice:
to be thrilled
with
NOT KNOWING
or to be scared
and of course
when I/ we
realize that choice
it's not really
a big decision
is it?
WHAT MIGHT BE AN AMAZING ADVENTURE
I come stay in your home

your community
for a
month.
I help people with Neurological Upgrading.
I help families who want to get along better.
Sometimes with the Work of Byron Katie.
Sometimes with listening and communication learning.
Together we help create a community of people committed
to the
Present
and to
the
Earth.
You show me your community.
We get to know each other.
We practice being present
together.
We learn from
and
heal
and
enjoy
an expanded community.
TWO POSSIBILITIES
One:
I come and spend a month with a family
of a Special Needs Child
or some family member who has
had a stroke or
a serious accident
I give the child
of the person with stroke/ accident
one lesson a day
for the month.
You host me in the community to give
more lessons
in the Anat Baniel Method.
I help in creating amazing gardens.
We learn from each other.
I teach Yoga for the Brain
and anti-aging movement
in your community.
We enjoy each other.
Two:
You are a Feldenkrais
or an
Anat Baniel Practitioner
You host me for a month.
We give each other daily
lessons... heaven.
We consult and guide
each other in our learnings.
We see local clients.
I giving new input to yours,
if you and they so wish.
I bringing in new
people to end up working
with you when I leave.
One and Two:
perhaps
we gather encouragement
and joy
by
living togeher
in the present
and in harmony
and in learning
and in
fun.
