SONOMA: Love is Big

plane
Left Atlanta on March 24,
my son's birthday.

Here's the plane wing
over the clouds.

Sometimes it's so nice
to be above the clouds.

Kind of like when we come home to our real selves
and don't identify with the
petty thoughts/ complaints/ demands/ beliefs
that can keep us so mired
in
a messy world
of our own making.

Came to Sonoma,
but spent most of the time
completing the basic training
of the ANAT BANIEL METHOD.

Did the ten segments,
each nine days,
with my son, Brendan.

Wonderful wonderful group
of people.
Wonderful experience.

Meanwhile back in Sonoma
the kind lady who was housing
me
didn't want to partake of the lessons,
which was sad for me,
not being able to give,
and sad for her,
in my opinion,
since she didn't get the sweet
grand gains
of a series of lessons.

Some people seem
to fear a change
even if it
would be a sweetening of their lives.

Again, my opinion.

And of course:
sometimes I'm like that.

However:
on the birthday,
yesterday,
April 13,
up to a new house,
right away someone took
received
gained from
enjoyed a
lesson.

And,
they made me
a raw birthday
cake.

And I got to sleep outdoors,
second time since back to Sonoma,
the first being wild wonderful
Brettt with three t's b-day
party (his April 6 a week before
mine)

His party:
up at Sugarloaf.

And sweet presents:
calls from Brendan and my daughter Wenonah
and my former intimate friend
and now
becoming sweet friend
again,
Marlie.

We had a few rough spots,
but my loving that she has
a new man who treats her really
well
this she can finally believe.

Love is big.
It's not owning,
it's wanting the best for the other.

My opinion.

Good?

I think so.
